1. How long are shipping times?

Shipping takes approximately 15-20 days. After a 2-4 day processing period.


2. What’s your return policy?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

3. Can I cancel my order?

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.


6. How does the warranty work?

If a part of the product breaks. We offer a standard 1-year warranty of which you can have that part replaced at no cost to you. The steps to get the warranty are as follows:

A. Message the support team with your request.

B. Send them your tracking code, and order number as proof of shipment. As well as a photo of the damaged part.

C. Wait 1-2 days for approval.

D. Confirmation is sent, and your part will arrive in the coming days.


7. How do refunds work?

We offer a 30-day refund where you would ship the product back to an address specified by the support team.

The steps to getting a refund are the same as the steps for getting a warranty, except you will be required to send a picture of the whole product. As well it must be in usable condition.
